Dear Friends and Sponsors
We want to give you an update, but before we will like to apologize because it has taking us this long to do it.
The school started in January 16 and we started with 28 children. Unfortunally we have lost a few of them due to different situations but mustly is because they move to another part of the country.
We started with two grades, kindergarten and pre-kinde garten. We have two teacher working full time with us and Elizabeth (my wife) comes to teach english tuesdays and thursdays.
We have a devotional everyday withe all the children, we sing a couple of songs and then either me or Elizabeth or the teachers tell a story from the Bible. This is really exciting because the kids are learning the wonderful treasures that we find in the Bible.
I have talked to the aid mayor of town and they are very excited to have a school like ours in town. It was a really good opportunity for me to share with him about Jesus and why we do what we do. And we do it because Jesus loved us first therefore we love him back and serve him by loving others.
We appreciate your support and prayers. One thing that we have struggle with has been the health of the kids, sometimes one kid gets sick and everybody gets sick.
Last week Henry Javier from the kinder class fell down from the roof of his house, he had to go to the hospital and after a few tests he went back home. Praise the Lord he is doing really good and we have him back at school. Please keep him in your prayers for his continued recovery.
We will be sending letters in April and also information about your sponsor child.

Meeting with The Parents
In February we had a meeting with the parents to do a little report and what the kids are learning and what is their improvement in some areas. Also a great opportunity to share The Lord’s word with them.
Pre-kinder Class
Miss Noemi teaching her class with 14 students. Children that are 4 and 5 years old.
Must of the children come from poor families. Divorce parents and in some cases from Alcoholic parents, sometimes one parent and in a few cases the two parents are alcoholic. Please always keep them in your prayers, that they can meet The Lord Jesus in brake all these situations.
