Dale has a passion to see God bring transformation to the Molalla area and He believes Foothills is one of God’s key tools to effect this radical change. Dale also loves the outdoors and has a passion for catching as many steelhead and salmon as the Lord allows.

Sam Stuckey – Student Ministries Pastor
Sam has been a part of our Foothills staff since 2006. His passionate desire is to see students come to know Jesus in real and life changing ways. He loves hanging out, talking about God and sharing life with teenagers. Sam is married to Stephany and God has given them a son, Emery James. Sam also enjoys riding motorcycles, music, and trips to the beach.

Kim Renner – Children’s Ministry Director
Kim joined the Foothills staff in 2007. Teaching and interacting with kids has always been her biggest passion and greatest joy. Working in ministry at Foothills allows her the opportunity to share with kids and their families how important and relevant a relationship with Jesus is, and how much He loves each one of us. Her hope in ministry comes from seeing families impacted by God’s love and grace. She has two amazing daughters with her husband Rick and as a family they love to travel. Connie Lemen – Office Manager
Connie is the newest member of our growing staff here at Foothills. She and her husband Rich recently made the move to Oregon City from Marysville, WA, seeking God’s Will for the “next chapter” of their life. This move brought her closer in location to her sons and their families. It also brought them to Foothills! Her passions in life include: Serving Jesus, her husband, her two sons, their wives and her four “ADORABLE” grandchildren.This move brought her closer in location to her sons and their families. Leota Childress – Office Assistant
Leota started volunteering in the office in 2006 and soon became a permanent fixture. She is what you’d call “a people person” and her Southern upbringing and radiant smile accentuate her gifts of hospitality and encouragement. She loves serving the Lord and does so in a variety of ministries. Her next love is her family which includes one grandson. She enjoys the beach, gardening and the forest in the Fall. Nicole joined the Foothills team in 2009. Her genuine love for people, transparent soul, compassion and cheerfulness make her a great fit to greet people visiting the office. Missionaries in Guatemala
In 2008, Juan and Elizabeth started their own ministry teaching and ministering to children and youth and their families in San Lucas. They have been teaching bible classes in Tezulutlan school and running a youth center in San Lucas . In addition to these ministries they are currently working on starting their own Christian school which will open in January 2012.
“We are very thankful to the Lord for leading us to work especially with the children and youth of Guatemala. He has given us a vision to use education as tool to train up young people to be Christian leaders and to touch the families and community we are in with God`s love. In Guatemala there is an abundance of poverty, crime, illiteracy and malnutrition. Our desire is to change all of this with God`s love and providing education, feeding programs, and Christian training. We believe that with God`s help we can make a difference in the communities that we are working in.”
